All office, clerical, and technical staff (OCT Staff) employees of The University of Alabama holding non-exempt (hourly) full-time and part-time regular positions are considered members of the OCT Staff employee group. OCT Staff employees who have been employed by the University for a period of at least six (6) months are eligible for nomination and election to the Assembly.
